I was wondering if there is any way to download an older version of the game, to see the changes and difference in difficulty?

Excelent game

Gameplay comentado en español

wow dude  buen video

Yo so like, I was playing on easy (cuz I was trying to work my way up) and I found two of the keys, but couldn't find the other two. I looked literally everywhere- I opened every door and container I could find. I was literally going around in circles checking the same areas over and over again, and the keys were NOWHERE. I probably spent like 30 minutes to an hour just rechecking everywhere I had gone.

So my question is, is there somewhere I missed? Is there another container thingy that I can open that I didn't know about? Am I blind? Is there a game mechanic where she can move around keys and I just got super unlucky with it?  Was it some kind of bug, and they keys spawned in each other's rooms?

I don't know, but it was frustrating so I figured I should ask and let you know.

The keys can also spawn inside lockers

Yes, I know. Hence, "every container I could find"

They can also spawn in the library, computer room, and the meeting room.

Oh yeah and I think also in the cafeteria

I know.  That's why I said "I opened every door I could find". I checked everywhere multiple times. They never showed up.

I think you mightve confused the definition Yandere, they are mostly obsessed with someone, because they love them, and they are usually mentally unstable, that they would kill anyone who stands in their way, so they can be with the person they love

Yandere is a Psychopathic form which is what Saiko means in Japanese, so no I don't think he messed up. I think he was refering to how Yandere's are Psychotic, like the girl, so the name Psychotic Stalker (Saiko no Sutoka) was born

ممكن تحطون  ALPHA1.9

played this game i love it actually scared my ass alot of time HAHAHA also the intro give me chills about this yandere girl

Revisiting the game for the last update so pros and cons are down below for the version 1.9 (after the game was hatpached)) Check out my vid here (at least the ending - it was so hilariously dreadful; and likes and subs are highly appreciated as well)):

Advantages:

1. INTRO!! It blew my mind, it was so cool and scary and explained a lot. I especially liked that it explained the boy in the locker! The girl seems now much more realistic and that scares even more!

2. Her new behaviours are so cool! I think that in the video I have checked out every new behaviour and I liked them all a lot! I think that overall she became much more fogiving then before. Sometimes she lets the player go or fake stab them or just plays around. The game finally felt perfectly balanced - like it's hard to beat because the girl is so unstable and unpredictable, but it's beatable because she just plays with the main character. It feels like if she would want to - she'd kill the main character already and that's the perfect feeling for this game I think.

3. I love classroom changes a lot! The desks in disorder actually add more to the experience then I'd expect. The school feels more real now - as if she was just chasing the main character and their friend around, knocked all the desks a bit and finally caught them. But she wants to play some more... So cool!

4. I love that now the player has to ability to interact directly with her - to play nice and give her the key or to make her maaad. At the same time, now that we have this ability, it feels like we have not enough choices to affect her mood, so I pointed this out in the disadvantages as well. Still, being able to affect her mood in such an obvious way is super cool! Amazing job!

Disadvantages:

1. When she hugs the player from behind and if the player tries to close the door on her then she starts levitating behind the player and that can be seen in the shadows. It's hilarious but I think it wasn't on purpose.

2. Her "hiding behind the desks" behaviour is cool but she can almost get stuck in it. Once in the classroom she was running from one desk to another hiding behind them over and over and over when I was moving. It looked hilarious. Maybe that was intentional but it gets very weird when it happens too much at the same place.

3. The notes at the start say different things when the player picks them up comparing to what can be read at first glance. Also, after the intro the whole starting area got a bit weird. There so many qustions: Why did she lock the door and leave us the key? Did she have a spare set of keys for the whole school? Why doesn't she lock other doors then (a possible idea for a new behaviour: make her lock the door and hide the key or even GIVE the player that key but with the possibility that the room is trapped. Or with 50/50% chance of a trap or a health kit)? Did she wrote us the notes in blood? I get  that she wants to play but she could just free us then. I mean, she is random and weird but it feels like something still lacks in this whole scenario. Maybe it would be cool to make her say somethin along the lines of "I'm gonna be back, so don't worry) But also I'm going to leave this key here in case you decide to play :) ". I think that the start requires some finishing touches like mentioned one.

4. Now that she's so smart it feels like she could make comments like "oh, you find your friend, next time I'm going to hide him better" upon finding the body or the head. Or if she sneaks and hugs she could move in another directions or make demands like "lets go for a walk" or "lets just stay and hug each other, won't you?". Though that's a very minor detail)

5. It would be so cool if she'd have an anger meter. I mean, she already has one but it would be cool if there would be more ways to influence it. Like if you play by the rules and give her keys, she gives you more chances to escape instead of killing you. So, my point is, if the player has pissed her off, it would be nice if they could make something nice for her in order to make her chill again, like leave her a present or hug back when she catches the player. It would be so nice to have more ways to affect her mood!

Overall:

You blew my mind! That update was incredible! 100/5! Such a great job! I literally was speechless when I launced the game! Nicely done, great job!)

Hope my feedback was useful!

This game has made excellent progress from when I first found it about a month or so ago. I love the additions and changes you've made so I want give you my thoughts on some things. First, the bathroom. Will the bathrooms serve a more defined purpose aside from hiding? I think putting an item in there (like a first aid kit) would give a player good reason to check the bathrooms, and maybe even add a mirror, so you can see her behind you, even if she's not there (like your character has paranoia about her sort of thing). Second, as someone previously stated, something like a stamina bar could help hinder the sprint speed of the player so they can use it more wisely, although saiko-chan does like to piggyback you, which kinda does that, but that's more like a chance of happening. Lastly, I haven't seen the camera's get much use, but it seems more like a death trap if you use them. So those are my thoughts so far, if I think of anything else, I'll let you know. Keep up the good work, I'm quite impressed with each update.

this is the best update ever and i wanna say thanks for making a good game and caring for your fans and i wanna make a few suggestions 1 is i think Saiko Chan needs to see that your missing from the room before she starts searching for you, seems unrealistic to after she kills the guy and immediately starts searching for you. The 2nd suggestion is to add a so you get tired after running for a certain amount of time. the 3rd suggestion is to have Saiko Chan the ability to throw knives at the player if shes upset. The last is Saiko Chan can see if you turn on the breaker and run to the breaker room to look for you.  If you do those suggestions the game will be even better in my opinion and if you do decide to put these in i would be happy Thanks :) .

(1 edit)
that makes the game more difficult for me? ;-;

could have someone she uses to attract us

Damn, dude... I don't know how you make Saiko Chan scarier every time, but you pull it off nicely! I think she was even flirting with me and coming in for hugs at times haha. Very cool, man. Thanks for all the creepy fun!

I'm back :P, idk if you remember me (i'm the guy who made 5 of the screenshots that you are using as the preview images on this page) - I made a video about V1.9 and i found a bug with her new "jump and grab the player from behind mechanic" (watch the video, you'l see), anyway i have some feedback, some of the english words in the intro subtitles are wrong, that "MAY BE" should be "MAYBE" and i'm pretty sure that "LET'S ENJOY" should be "LET'S PLAY" or something like that. Here's my video, i love Saiko No Sutoka, have a nice day/evening everyone. P.S Please habupain add a key to Show/Hide the hud (including the pause UI) i really need it to make better screenshots :P

Yep i remmeber you perfectly i dont forget lol , yes some of her dialogues will change as they are still sort of placeholder.  i will check the gameplay video out in a moment although i just did hotpatch on the changes with bugs found by the community hopefully that would fix some of the bugs.

Just tried, very fun! Runs fine on my old MacBook Pro 2012., just have to set low graphics and resolution.

This game was extremely fun. However, there are some parts that felt a little to unfair, her constantly knowing almost exactly where you are 75% of the time did tick me off a bit but not enough to make me hate the game. Fantastic work here and I 100% recommend this game to anyone who wants to get the shite scared out of them xD.

This game is fun. I will admit some things I found a little unfair but they weren't too bad when I figured how to work around the "unfair" stuff. This almost made me explode with rage and I love it for that. XD

(1 edit)

I revisited the game to check out hard difficulty. There's not much more to it comparing to the normal one so instead of pros and cons I'm gonna write suggestions this time) They are down below) Check out my vid here (likes and subd are highly appreciated, they help out a lot!)):

Suggestions:

1. I think that it might be very cool if the hard difficulty wouldn't be available at the start. It would be just awesome if the player would have to finish the game first to be able to play it on hard difficulty. For example: the player finishes the game, gets a "meh" ending and sees (for example) a classmate who's still in the school and needs help through the windows. Then the player must decide whether they are satisfied with the "meh" ending or they are going to get back in the school and play on hard to get the "good" ending. But yandere, of course, would get waaay angrier that the main character was so bold as to get back in the building. It's just a suggestion but I think it would be wonderful that players would have to work to get the hard difficulty and hard difficulty would be more rewarding to finish. That way players would have more incentives to revisit the game as well and spend more time playing it.

2. It would be cool if yandere on hard would look a bit different. Even crazier, so the player would understand immediately that she's not joking around anymore. Maybe her head may shiver a little or the smil would get even creepier. A nice little detail like that would spice things up for the hard difficulty a bit.

3. Maybe it would also be cool to let some of her behaviours be triggered only on hard difficulty, so the difference between difficulties would be more significant.

Overall:

I think that the hard moda is cool and the game benefits a lot from having this option. Still, I think it would be a nice touch to make the hard difficulty more different from the normal mode to give players more incentives not only to check it out but to beat it as well. So, it would be not just an options for pro gamers but also an interesting and challenging and rewarding adventure to have after beating the game on normal mode. And if it would be somehow story related (like in the first suggestion) then it would be so impressive and memorable. The game would definitely stand out even more then!

But these are just some of my ideas and suggestions, I came up with playing this game. I hope some of them might inspire you and this feedback was useful))

Btw, can't wait for the new update! Will definitely check it out and write you a feedback as usual! Hope my long-ass messaged help you)

this was really fun, but i wasnt able to beat it :\

I have an idea,
those doors that are locked, when we open them, we can lock them back,
such a yandere girl would have a universal key that would open the locked doors

when we lock ourselves at the door, she enters the room we are in and goes look if we are there

she could record an audio shouting help, just to attract the player

That defeats the whole purpose of locking doors if she can open them anyway

No man, in the game she just wants to play with us, right?
it would be like that she can open the doors where the keys are for moving places
but that would happen when we got 3 keys

I think it would not lose grace but it would be more difficult

I will give an example

you take the key to room B2 and open it, then you lock the room, don't open things inside the room and hide inside the closet, she'll even go to the window to see you, if she doesn't see you she'll continue her journey

when she leaves the room, she will lock the room

sometimes she can enter the room stay for a while then leave

Instead maybe have it were she has to pick the lock, which would buy you time to hide or plan your escape from the room

good idea

I seen that you changed some layouts so I went to check it out. The new important message looks pretty clean, and the new layout had me bamboozled lmao

Awesome game but the girl is teleporting right behind me is that international?

Also Thank you for Turkish language!

Not terrible although movement is kinda weird... like my character is "sliding"?

How to put language Portuguese Brazil?

não tem :I

Oh wow! I just revisited this game after the  new update and all I can say that it has gotten WAYYY better! Not that it wasn't good to begin with but the mechanics and the AI definitely improved. I finally got a win too. I can't wait to see what's next 😊

Since I tried the Yandere Sim update, I wanted to see how good this was and uh, I was right, this IS better, shame on Yan Dev.

(1 edit) (-1)

first don’t hate on someone who already has enough to go through. Second yandere dev didn’t even make yandere no sutoka. Hate on Amze if you dislike it

If you mean yandere sim, that and saiko no sutoka are two completely different games. It means you don’t like stealth games if you’re comparing a stealth game to a horror game

I just had my first run for like 5 minutes and died, because the girl did just suddenly stand next to me, when I turned around and Idk man. If this was no coincident and actually some kind of mechanic, then this is ABSOLUTE genius. I was so shocked 😨

It's deliberate - there are ways to avoid this. For one, listen for her giggles: if you were fortunate to see her and then she suddenly disappears, don't turn around quickly. If you need to look back, turn slowly - you might get lucky and spot her out of the corner of your view, she won't react to this but you'll know for sure whether she's behind you.

Another method of escaping is running past doors and closing them behind you - close them just as you pass them. If she was behind you and you do it right, you'll hear her open the door and she will no longer be "tailing" you; take note, however, that Saiko gets angrier (for a while) when you shut doors in her face so do it and make some distance from her for some time.

Other cues are running into rooms and then having the lights get turned off (tip: turn around immediately and you'll see her trying to "sprint" from the switch over to your backside).

my friend, can you escape that?
I run too fast, even close the doors, but he is always close to me

Привет игра очень классная! Было бы круто если бы в игре появилась возможность оборачиваться как в Outlast (Q and E)

Hello, the game is very cool! It would be cool if the game had the ability to turn around like in Outlast (Q and E)

hi habupain, i wanted to give you a suggestion to put and improve the game, when you enter the game you could have an animation or a scenario in the game menu like dead by daylight, granny or the last of us you know, that would be really cool , and have options in the game for us to configure the control, the graphics and also the sensitivity, in saiko, she could put a symbol or a song when she goes to see the player type hello neighbor, resident evil 7, the evil within, that would be very cool you know?

i'm so love this game <3

i very much enjoyed this game. im kinda scared to try hard mode but i will eventually it took me about 30 mins to beat normal and i almost lost because the 4 kinda looks like an A XD nothing against the game just my eyes are dumb i guess lol

Nice game :3

well, now there is for android and pc, just missing iOS and Consoles <3

Yesterday’s Halloween updated the video, do you know what omae wa mou is???

I saw many comments so I said have to be good...plus heard this game is challenge specially on Hard mode so here we go. Hard Mode challenge Speedrun :D Anyone want take challenge beat 9 minutes run? Its not smooth run so easy to beat ;) Speaking about game... I LOVE AI movement... my ass get kicked many times before I learned some tricks...

Short and spooky game in same time. Amazing JOB and big thanks to dev... habupain!!! In video I mentioned her best skills and later I learned you can crouch without taking damage on glass but walking its fine too since you  take 6Hp damage only...most important is not get catch by cute killer ;)

played this game apart of my "3 Scary Games" Series! This was the last game I played in this video but yo! definitely freaky. Instead of being the Yandere, the Yandere chases you!

Can we have a mode where the player is the killer??

It'll be super cool.

(1 edit)

the ai would have to be pretty advanced for that

(1 edit)

I played the game in the 2nd part of my video, this game is just to terrifying for me but I had a lot of fun playing (even though I didn't get to finish the game but overall, this game is a whole new level for me and I can't wait for the full game. Also, I found a bug which I got stuck with Saiko in the locker and she didn't kill me immediately.

Keep it up (I'll be back....)

(-1)

Saiko is so menacing. It is almost like you can tell her intentions as to why she wants you dead, which is probably to stuff you and become a 1. Toy  2. Stabby Doll  3. So she can be with (Player) for ever. Also, I love the way the AI works. She is checking the rooms, not knowing where you are, constantly taunting you. She is searching endlessly listening and watching for you.

It is amazing how they made a game 10x better than Yandere Sim, which has been in development since 2011... YANDERE SIMULATOR IS AS OLD AS SKYRIM! I know it is a much larger game, but the excuses have gone too far, and he is doing illegal things like making merch of placeholders. Point is, it is obvious they tried to make something good, unlike Yandere Dev who just started putting shit from his pants onto a screen and saying "good". The game is well done, buggy but at the buggy sweetspot, terrifying, and it obviously is is great enough for Markiplier to play it AND get scared, even if it is for a 3 Random Games episode.

(-1)

first yandere sim is a completely different game from saiko no sutoka. Saiko is short where you escape from a school. Yandere sim is where you kill other girls other a longer period of time. Second yandere sim isn’t skyrim age it was started in 2014 its eso age at most. This shows how small your brain is. Third you do know volunteers make the merch, not him, and they give their earnings from it to him. Yan sim would’ve been done by now if you weren’t calling him trash all the time to the point he wants to kill himself, if he had an actual budget instead of volunteers dropping bits of assets each month, and he didn’t have to spend his time working on other parts that aren’t writing code, like storyboarding, and contacting volunteers. Get you’re reason right before you criticize a game jeez

I think... is a good game for me xD
