Oh wow! I just revisited this game after the new update and all I can say that it has gotten WAYYY better! Not that it wasn't good to begin with but the mechanics and the AI definitely improved. I finally got a win too. I can't wait to see what's next 😊

If you mean yandere sim, that and saiko no sutoka are two completely different games. It means you don’t like stealth games if you’re comparing a stealth game to a horror game
I just had my first run for like 5 minutes and died, because the girl did just suddenly stand next to me, when I turned around and Idk man. If this was no coincident and actually some kind of mechanic, then this is ABSOLUTE genius. I was so shocked 😨
I'm pretty sure it's intentional. Once i was walking around wondering where she was, when i saw another shadow behind mine. I turned around, and i saw her go around to stay behind me. Spooky, man. Eventually she gave up and stopped trailing behind, going back to her usual "Yeah imma walk even though i can outrun you, i wanna have fun" kinda state. Watch the locker when she turns off the power. She seems to have a somewhat complex AI. If you piss her off, she WILL kill you, no matter what you do. Sometimes she might spare you even if she sees you inside a locker. If she pushes you and makes you drop your key, DO NOT try to pick it back up. She will get angry as heck and will most likely land a strike on you. Let her pick the key up and hide it somewhere else, or let her chase you around and THEN pick up the key. Do not pick the key back up while she is laughing after shoving you.
It's deliberate - there are ways to avoid this. For one, listen for her giggles: if you were fortunate to see her and then she suddenly disappears, don't turn around quickly. If you need to look back, turn slowly - you might get lucky and spot her out of the corner of your view, she won't react to this but you'll know for sure whether she's behind you.
Another method of escaping is running past doors and closing them behind you - close them just as you pass them. If she was behind you and you do it right, you'll hear her open the door and she will no longer be "tailing" you; take note, however, that Saiko gets angrier (for a while) when you shut doors in her face so do it and make some distance from her for some time.
Other cues are running into rooms and then having the lights get turned off (tip: turn around immediately and you'll see her trying to "sprint" from the switch over to your backside).
hi habupain, i wanted to give you a suggestion to put and improve the game, when you enter the game you could have an animation or a scenario in the game menu like dead by daylight, granny or the last of us you know, that would be really cool , and have options in the game for us to configure the control, the graphics and also the sensitivity, in saiko, she could put a symbol or a song when she goes to see the player type hello neighbor, resident evil 7, the evil within, that would be very cool you know?
i very much enjoyed this game. im kinda scared to try hard mode but i will eventually it took me about 30 mins to beat normal and i almost lost because the 4 kinda looks like an A XD nothing against the game just my eyes are dumb i guess lol

Short and spooky game in same time. Amazing JOB and big thanks to dev... habupain!!! In video I mentioned her best skills and later I learned you can crouch without taking damage on glass but walking its fine too since you take 6Hp damage only...most important is not get catch by cute killer ;)
played this game apart of my "3 Scary Games" Series! This was the last game I played in this video but yo! definitely freaky. Instead of being the Yandere, the Yandere chases you!
I played the game in the 2nd part of my video, this game is just to terrifying for me but I had a lot of fun playing (even though I didn't get to finish the game but overall, this game is a whole new level for me and I can't wait for the full game. Also, I found a bug which I got stuck with Saiko in the locker and she didn't kill me immediately.
Saiko is so menacing. It is almost like you can tell her intentions as to why she wants you dead, which is probably to stuff you and become a 1. Toy 2. Stabby Doll 3. So she can be with (Player) for ever. Also, I love the way the AI works. She is checking the rooms, not knowing where you are, constantly taunting you. She is searching endlessly listening and watching for you.
It is amazing how they made a game 10x better than Yandere Sim, which has been in development since 2011... YANDERE SIMULATOR IS AS OLD AS SKYRIM! I know it is a much larger game, but the excuses have gone too far, and he is doing illegal things like making merch of placeholders. Point is, it is obvious they tried to make something good, unlike Yandere Dev who just started putting shit from his pants onto a screen and saying "good". The game is well done, buggy but at the buggy sweetspot, terrifying, and it obviously is is great enough for Markiplier to play it AND get scared, even if it is for a 3 Random Games episode.

Second yandere sim isn’t skyrim age it was started in 2014 its eso age at most. This shows how small your brain is. Yan sim would’ve been done by now if you weren’t calling him trash all the time to the point he wants to kill himself, if he had an actual budget instead of volunteers dropping bits of assets each month, and he didn’t have to spend his time working on other parts that aren’t writing code, like storyboarding, and contacting volunteers. Get you’re reason right before you criticize a game jeez
Love the homicidal AI and the overall tension of the game-play. It's scary! No way to approach this game in a leisurely fashion. I think the AI is at a good level on both easy and hard but I hope there will be more locations to hide in such as bigger/additional building. Ok, I found the WC's so no need for those. It would be a little neat to see some pocket doors that are common in Japanese schools.
Also maybe add some objects to be used as distractions and / or to slow her down a bit and make the AI more "angry" and aggressive! Maybe on hard or super-hard level have a stamina limit on the player and maybe the stalker.
Very good update now the game runs smoothly in low graphics and with very good resolution at top, although I will say some bugs that I found.

Saiko is now more drugged than before (she has more bug) when she finds me avaces neither approaches me or stays standing and I pass her by and neither attack me it is as if the windows went off and was turning on xd.
There is a very rotten bug that helps a lot in hard difficulty is that when you crouch and go over the broken glass it does not take life away from you, even in hard and normal difficulty.

This was the second game in my video. I really like the look of the game and the behavior of the AI. I didn't finish it but I will probably play this again on my halloween livestream, good stuff!
They are no specific system requirement as of yet since its in alpha would you mind telling me if you are having any issues with the latest alpha 1.8.2
I will never stop playing, keep the updates cause I love the game. Although I did find what seem to be some glitches in this update, keys would not spawn in normal, a few textures glitches, a glitch where when you get stabbed while running you shrink down a little, and others. I still had fun playing and as the title says I keep gushing over the progress of this game. Keep up the great work cant wait to see more updates!
For the first time a yandere horror game that I can enjoy in quarantine, very good game although if I didn't like it, it's the optimization, I know it's an alpha and that, but it will be good that in future updates they improve performance since not everyone has a good pc anymore What gives more lag is when you turn on the electricity I already get used to that lowering frames but it would be better if they polished it a little more since although I lower the graphics and the resolution I can not play well due to the lag of the lights thanks for reading

This game is an ABSOLUTE MUST PLAY. This AI man I'm tell you.
The way she teleport behind you it's like you see her out of the corner of your eye as she moves so you know she is behind you before you turn.
Her behavior in general is what makes me so interested in this game, not to mention the sound design helps to set the atmosphere really well.
