I don't know if it happens just to me but when i opened the .rar folder it said that the files were broken, so i downloaded it again a couple time but every single time when it's about to finish it always says that there's an error.

it literally doesn't download the thing anymore. It just reaches 100% and then says that there was an error while downloading. So yeah i can't even download it anymore. 

I had so much fun playing this game I am pretty new in the Indie Horror Genre and I this game just blew my mind ! Thank you for the amazing game here is the video if you guys wana go check it out.

Hey there! registered here just to give my fedback!

This seems very promising, I can see fans of Yandere Simulator being very interested in this game, let's hope you get exposure from some big youtubers! Aside from other known issues others pointed out by others I don't think I have much else to say:

1-One thing I noticed in 1.4 is that Saiko-chan gets glitchy again when trying to reach the player trough things like library bookshelves and tables with chairs instead of simply stopping and watching him like in 1.3.

2-I don't know if the assets are self-made or bought from somewhere else, but the blackboard model has some z-fighting, might want to check that out.

3-There were two times the Q-E prompts did not display when Saiko-chan atacked me (I still managed to get away though), sadly I couldn't replicate the bug again.

3-One personal suggestion may be perhaps making the door interaction hitbox a bit larger, at least so it's easier to close open doors from the inner side, and there's less of a chance of getting stuck between the door and a wall when opening from the outside.

4-Some optional behaviour suggestions:
   -in cases like in '1-' where the player puts a desk with chairs or bookshelf between him and Saiko-chan, she could taunt him (eg. something like 'come here dear' or 'you think this stops me?') before climbing across the bookshelf/desk, perhaps even pushing the player from the momentum.
   -perhaps one way to discourage brute-forcing the last number in the keypad could be that hearing the beeps alerts Saiko-chan, and makes her make a beeline for the exit (maybe even saying something like 'Are you trying to get away?', or 'you will not escape' or something like that)
   -if the player, while being chased by Saiko-chan, manages to close a door in her face, and instead of running watches her closely from the other side (as if a youtuber started taunting her after closing the door in her face) she could lay a hand in the glass and say 'let me in, darling' or something, while tapping the glass with a nail. Maybe after doing that for a bit she could force the door open, throwing the player to the floor if he is close enough.

I see a lot of promise in this game! I hope you get a lot of inspiration to complete this and not burn out!

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I will answer on each point one by one.

1 : Yes in 1.4 i forgot place navmesh settings in library section but its already fixed and will be in 1.5.

2 : Yes i am aware of the blackboard issue and will try to fix it in the next verion.

3 : The bigger changes in 1.5 is the interaction with the doors all the doors are fixed and will open to the other side meaning they can now open both ways depending on which direction you are facing so any problems related with doors slamming you or getting stuck is fixed.

4 : My designer already told me about this idea and i do have an animation of her parkour from the table to reach player but i will check to see if that wont make the game more difficult.

5 : yes in 1.5 their will be a beep sound + another layer of puzzle that was already in the plans and i was well aware of this since 1.1 

6 : Yes i am adding behaviour to her that if players slam the door on her face too often their will be consequences and yes she will going to do slam animation that would knock player down just as you suggesting this was planned after i saw player abusing the door on her face.

Man i love this game so much! i wish there was a character customization feature that you want to customize the yandere girl in the future, i would love to see it :)

Thanks for the feedback! their is no plan for customization for yandere but most likely we will be doing other yandere girls that has different personality and AI behaviour based on the level.

Pros and cons are down below) Check out my vid here (I am going to refer to it a lot):

I already played the game (Alpha 1.1), left a comment and rated it a while ago, so I am mainly going to adress the changes here.

Advantages:

1, The character and the school look so much better! Everything you did (eyes that glow the stronger the further the girl is, different shading, foggier corridors, different school orientaion (or am I trippin? it IS different, isn't it???)) is super cool. I liked that a lot. The game is so much more terrifying now comparing to Alpha 1.1! Great job!

2. New AI animations and behaviour are super cool! The game is now seems less unfair and more beatable. Lockers actually work pretty nice as places for hiding and it's possible to run away from the girl. At the same time she's so much scarier now! T_T Great job! I payed extra attention at her sneaking behind and pushing down thingy - adored that!

3. Last times I couldn't find the keys. This time they were easy to spot which I liked a lot. Not sure whether you changed something or I was just dumb dumb before, though)

4. Also I'm not sure whether that was a change, but it was easier to locate her whereabouts this time by her voice. This was super helpful!

Disadvantages:

1, She's still gets stuck in the furnuture. In my vid she got stuck in the table and then in the locker. She merged through one side of it and tried to kill me while I was hiding. After that I couldn't exit the locker for some time and then got insta killed *sad*.

2. I turned my back to her after making an eye contact and stood like that for 2 minutes straighed (edited most of them out) and she didn't even move an inch! She was hiding behind a corner and didn't try to use my vulnerable position.

3. Also, I though that it would be so cool if the game could hear player's mic, so the player would have to actually be silent and calm down after losing the girl. I think that would be super cool for lots of players! It could be an option that could be switched on or off.

Overall:

I love the improvements that you make! Keep up the great work! I will check the game out after some time again definitely!)) The rating is still 5/5, obviously! 10/5 even)

Thanks for the detailed feedback ! i highly appreciated you gaved the game another go i will answer on each point one by one on the disadvantages.

1 : yes currently the lockers require rework... just like the doors rework while the door rework is done and will be coming in 1.5, lockers will follow afterwards.

2 : Yes the behaviour has bugs some times they get stuck i have fixed lots of bugs for the next update but will be fixing more as i come across them.

3 : Currently no plans for mic integration but i will surely keep that in mind it seems interesting.

Game is absolutely phenomenal, I love the development and it is so much fun! just a few issues, there has been a glitch where you can fall out of the map, and sometimes she will not attack you from behind, you can see an example of this on the attached video. (This is not my gameplay but gameplay of a friend that was streaming it).

Thanks for the feedback! I watched your video entirely such an amazing gameplay.. Yes in future we would definitely going to add more level and antagonist with different AI and behaviour. yes once the game will reach a good enough point we would launch on steam as well as mobile stores.

This game is very spooky! I love how she can randomly appear behind you, it really freaked me out lol. Unfortunately I wasn't able to beat the game but it was definitely very fun to play.

Thanks for the feedback! Amazing gameplay! i watched your video entirely got good decent feedback from it will surely improve it so players dont get hard time finishing it.

The new shaders from 1.4 are way better. I loved the new aesthetic and the way you used light and dark on her. The only issue I have with it is how the keys now glow.
One thing I think would be cool to see is the shadow of your character. Since you would always be seeing your own shadow when you walk past a window, the moments where her shadow appears to show she is behind your back would be creppier. Some audio cue for that like sudden breathing sound or a quiet laugh would probably add to the creepyness of those moments as well.

I'm curious to see what other features you will implement in the future, and if there will be more interactivity in the scenario with the new puzzles you want to add.

This game has defeated me! Not sure why it was so hard for me to find the final key, but I gave up. This genuinely creeped me out, I was afraid to move through the halls wondering where she was. There was even a point where she spawned in a class room I was in out of nowhere. Other than my slight frustration at losing so many times, I really enjoyed this game!

hey it me again im here from patch 1.4 and i must say change bright light of the keys it so ez now to beat the game and the ai movment in the classromes is still ez to avoid i dint see any bugs from me but it prob becose i beated the game in like 7 min XD but still.1 more question to know are u going to put new patches everyday or just on weekend becose u need your own time man i now u are trying to get us happy but take breaks and enjoy outsdide life unless u are like me who cant get his ass outside still cant wait for next patch

Thanks for the feedback! Yes currently the game has only 1 puzzle but in the next patch i will be adding another puzzle along with AI behaviour and door fixes. No the patches wont be updated every day its only experimental patch with new lights and effect to get players feedback.

Thanks for the feedback! Amazing gameplay i watched you entire video and got decent feedback from it.

Alpha 1.4:
1. The visual changes made it easy to spot keys now (they glow).
2. More difficult to look down hallways, but you still can by looking using the edge/corner of your view.
3. Looking straight down, avoiding looking at her somehow lets you avoid detection. (So long as she isn't already chasing you, but if she is chasing you it seems to interfere with her attacking you to an extent)
4. I had a problematic issue in my latest playthrough.  There were 2 locked classrooms left, and 2 keys left... and guess what?  The keys for each door were in each of those classrooms. So I was left with a 5 X X 6 password to guess. Haha-no. *jumps into Saiko's edged embrace* <3 *dies*

4b. I actually managed to guess the passcode. lol

Yes for newer player it was harder to find keys so i made that last minute change for players to find keys easily but as in the next patch will add another puzzle which should balance out the change. I havent encountered the bug related with keys inside the locked room but i will investigate.

Hello, Are you planning on making different difficulties in the future? Because when you get out of a classroom and then immediately close the door behind her so she is kept in that room I think the game may be a bit too easy as I'm barely seeing her after that anymore when I keep walking unless it is in the next classroom where I am repeating it. Just a question I had in mind as I'm looking forward to seeing the game get really good in the future!

Yes we would have difficulties that would tie in with the puzzles in the game so players can finish the game if they want to in easily or hard depending on the choice they choose to solve the puzzles.

Great game. It is really tense and girl is pretty creepy.I would like to see more of it :D


I have one question I read that there will be new antagonist in future? My question is will that new antagonist be like together with Saiko like working together to bring player down and can that new antagonist be long haired girl xd.Like they are BFFs or sisters hunting player down xd. 

well, Habu did say that they plan to make another Antagonist but they wish to focus more on the current one, they also said they want to make more puzzles and tweak some things before they move into making another Antagonist

My Asian ass was legitimately scared with this game. I never had any goosebumps in my entire horror gameplays. I never got to finish it. Maybe I'll upload a new video. But good thing, there isn't any problems with it at all. I'm excited to see what's to come on the new updates.

Hello , I've attached a screenshot where the girl seems to be stuck behind a table in a classroom and you may already know that the bug still exists where you get trapped behind a door but besides that I enjoy your game and keep developing it !

This seems to be an intentional change by the dev, it was stated in the update information.
"AI not acting glitchy near desks instead stops and wait for player to make move."

nope because during the time I was able to use 2 keys and never even seen her and when I came back she was still stuck behind that table

hey just played patch 1.3  and i found some bugs that a lot of people say abote like the door and her ai when u play longer but still love the game and it did get me a lot of times expecily when she hides behind u cant wait to see new pathes and new trick for this girl hope u gives us that update fast and  hopu u have a great day

Hello again, here's a fresh batch of Alpha 1.3 bugs I've managed to discover:

1) If you play with the girl's AI long enough when she tries to hide from you, she will perform a wrong animation when hiding behind things as seen below:




2) I know you're going to impliment an actual ending to this game, but I still think this is worth sharing. You can actually lock her behind the exit door, which is pretty hilarious.





3) Pretty sure this once's already been adressed, but you can hide behind classroom doors, which messes with the girl's AI


Also, you can RELIABLY get her stuck behind said doors if you manage to trick her into hiding behind you (she gets out the moment you exit the room, however). This trick works with all classroom doors and even the cafeteria room.


4) If you position your back towards the girl AND look at your own feet, the girl wont be able to detect you. Like, at all. I've been standing at he center of the corridor looking at the floor and the girl just walked past me, completely oblivious to my presense



5) The bug from the 4th part of my report gets even weirder when she DOES see you. When you get detected by the girl, you can turn your back to her and look at the floor to "pacify" her. When you do this, she is unable to harm you, so all she can do is push you in the direction she is walking, for about 10-15 seconds before getting bored and just walking away, leaving you completely unharmed.


This is me standing at the corner of the room while she tries to walk toward me from behind.


And this is her being very sad and depressed because she couldn't get me while I was toying with her (she was standing like that silently for solid 20 seconds, I think I've hurt her feelings)


6) Lets return to the bug at the 3rd part. When you perform the previous bug with looking at the floor and then close the girl inside any classroom, her animation freezes in a peculiar manner as seen below:

She does that weird thing with both her hands at her face and does not stop. I've even managed to capture her while her animation was broken.


7)When you're hiding in a closet, the girl keeps returning to the room you're hiding in every 20 seconds even if you're not even pressing any buttons. This makes the hiding mechanic obsolete since the girl seems to know your exact location when you're hiding even though she does not approach you at all.

At one point I've been sitting in the closed for half an hour waiting for her to walk to the other side of the building... yet she kept coming back every 20 seconds.



In short, the game has some serious AI problems that make the game incredibly easy. But hey, I've had an absolute blast toying with the girl and exploiting her AI, searching for bugs in this game is pretty fun. I'll be looking forward to the next update for this game.

That fourth one almost sounds like something intend, like she takes pity on you and acts like she doesn't see you, much like how a kid thinks they got a great hiding spot, but it's just too obvious to everyone else.

Hehe, you're right. It would be pretty cool if the girl actually toyed with players who are obviously to scared to even touch the keyboard like that. Who knows, maybe habupain will actually implement a similar mechanic, alongside fixing the AI

Thanks for the feedback! this is most likely a bug in the game and not intended feature but lol i will check it out and may be do some thing in the future to include some kind of empathy/mercy from the AI to add a depth of unpredictable.

Looks like there might be a compatible play style for me yet.

1 :  has been fixed in latest 1.4 i tested it quit a bit and the bug seems to be regarding wrong animation has been fixed but please feel free to let me know if you see it again.

2 : Yes i did quick fix to escape code so that players dont get killed and stop moving for now but yes you are right i will implement proper ending code.

3 : Yes currently this issue is on my top of the list to make changes as i also feel the door are some times player biggest enemy including enemy for the AI lol.

4 : lol thats is quit a strange bug i didnt manage to encounter such bug but will investigate.

5 : I think they are both related some thing to do with AI detect at a player certain angle i will investigate.

6 : This particular bug is also related with doors and lockers and will be the top priority to fix in the next update.

7 : Currently the ai code become a bit too overhelmed although i didnt implement any code that would make her keep roaming around in the same area, but they are certain ques player can make which i have not properly addressed in tutorial like opening doors and locker do give some sort of enemy a que it depends on the range but this part of the code requires tweaking and polish.

it's on premiere rn, the game was fun but scary at the same time, keep up the good work!
